European Multilingual PC Helpdesk – 1st Line – IT Service Desk with good Italian, French or German speaking. You will be working in a Central London European Support Centre of Financial Services client for a paying up to £41,000 per annum with full Company benefits. You will be working 3 days a week in the London Office and 2 days a week from home/remotely.
I am seeking an European Multilingual PC Helpdesk or 1st Line IT Support professional who MUST be fluent in Italian, French and ideally and have worked in or have a financial services background (e.g. banking, insurance, finance, pensions, dealing room, trade floor, savings, assurance or investment etc) to join an established team to undertake European First Line and Helpdesk functions. You should process has an excellent telephone manner and passion for user support and care. There will some elements of multitasking and due to the nature of the role, it calls for an outgoing person with excellent interpersonal skills who enjoys lots of interaction with European users. You must have previously worked in a structured financial services environment, e.g. banking, insurance pensions, dealing room, trade floor, savings, savings, assurance or investment etc to be considered for this position.
You will be working for an international financial services client who operate in bright and modern West Central London offices with some home working. They are looking to reward this European Multilingual PC Helpdesk a salary of between £35K – £41K + Great Benefit package.
