Parts Repairs Support Administrator – Engineering Parts Repair Administrator – Electronic Repairs Administrator – Strong PC skills, especially Outlook, Excel, Access and Power-BI – Proven experience of ERP packages, BAAN would be an advantage – sought for a 2 Year Fixed Term – FTC PAYE role – based in our Crawley office but with future Hybrid Working (approx 2 days Office – Crawley, West Sussex & 3 days at Home) paying up to £25,000 per annum plus Company benefits.

I am seeking an experience Administrator to join a busy spares Support department for leading International Electronics & Engineering Company. This would suit someone from a Commercial / Logistics and Spare parts inventory and demand management background. You will be tasked with providing strong, professional and compliant administrative and operations support to the repairs business including but not limited to:

  • Administration of Repairs Business
  • Processing and tracking of part repairs
  • Coordination of planned delivery dates and preparation of order acknowledgements
  • Communications between customer, Internal departments and freight forwarder
  • Reviewing and Submission of Repairs business policies and procedures
  • Supporting other repair works administrative tasks within the Company’s Europe operations when required

We are seeking someone with proven administration and organisation skills for this 2 year fixed term PAYE role together with:

  • Strong PC skills, especially Outlook, Excel, Access and Power-BI together with experience of ERP packages, BAAN would be an advantage
  • Commercial / Logistics and Spare parts inventory and demand management awareness is desirable.
  • Strong numeracy and organisation skills with an excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records
  • Good time management and organisation skills with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Good interpersonal skills – Should be a flexible team player, proactive and have the ability to succeed in a complex and dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated & resilient with the capacity to work under pressure
  • An understanding of compliance, continuous improvement and excellent customer service is critical
  • Experience of working in an international organisation and awareness of cultural differences
