As we start the new decade the business press is buoyant for the year ahead, now that the election is out of the way.
We are joining with many to ask that the new Government acts to bring the stability required to allow the UK as a whole to flourish. There will be challenges ahead with new employment legislation and with extensive EU negotiations to be completed by the end of December this year.
We believe many employers have been sitting on their hands for the past few months, putting off hiring until the outlook was clearer. Now that some of the fog has lifted, both business and the new Government can put their plans into action. In the meantime, we wish you all a happy and prosperous New Year !
